Located in the conservation area of Houston, our client was looking to utilise a difficult space in their back garden for a home office and garage.
Sitting behind the existing boundary wall, with a grass roof and stone cladding, the new office space is flooded with natural light from ceiling level via dome lights. The replacement garage has a traditional look with harl render and a slate roof.

The existing terraced property, built in the 1970s, had a flat roof and was slightly too small for the new owners.
The home was extended to the rear and a new pitched roof was installed over the entire property. All rooms were stripped back to block and fitted out.
Work was completed on time and on budget.
