IKG Architects

IKG Architects have been based in Kilbarchan since 2010 when Iain Gardner set up the practice. Iain is a fully qualified Architect with fifteen years experience working on a varierty of projects from residential extensions to large commercial jobs.

Since its inception IKG have completed a number of jobs taking projects from initial concept right through to completion. We believe that the best design solution can be applied to any job regardless of size. From an initial meeting to chat about the potential of your project right through to handing over a completed extension or new build we can provide expertise and advice through every stage of the process.

While a lot of our work is in the residential field we have a number of commercial clients that we have completed projects for. Please get in touch to discuss if you require Architectural services for a commercial project.

 

We are happy to provide an initial consultation at no cost. A visit to site and conversation about your ideas can answer many of your questions about the planning and building warrant process. With new permitted development laws there may even be potential to extend without planning permission.
